On weekends and between 11pm and 5-6am many lines/routes are highly restricted, and significantly delayed, and sometimes some are completely not running so the city can perform repairs and maintenance on trains and tracks. I have been on my way back home/places at all hours of the night/early morning and I can always catch a train or a bus back. Technically, the best time to record this type of content would be super early in the day. But, the way NYPD and the city work, they HAVE to had gotten a permit to do this since they HAD to close the station. Given how big BTS is at this time and the safety risk of an open-to-the-public platform could be while they recorded this special segment, they could have gotten away with doing this on a weekend or during off-peak hours as well. 37:15 Back home, in DR, we have similar truck vendors that buy old electronics and old mattresses. We also have the ones selling plantains, tubers, veggies and fruits (a farmer’s market on wheels) and the people that sell home-made ice creams, sweets and candied nuts by foot. It’s a core memory for me. 49:20 Nintendogs what a throwback!! A friend used to let me play with her virtual dogs on the bus ride back from school. What a time !

2025-08-19 22:44:56 +0000 UTCThe whole album BE is so well-crafted sometimes it gets a little overshadowed by the breakthrough success of Dynamite IMO...I hope you can check it out sometime :D It has one of my favorites, Dis-Ease. They were really involved with the creative direction and a ton of the process was shared (stuff like brainstorming, coming up with photo shoots, dividing roles, etc.)
