Yikes! Milky is protective, isn't she? Rei seems to be a bit shook up and very distraught over it all, but for what reasons? Even though Rei didn't ask for it, he just experienced what many girls deal with... boys flirting with hem. Even if Jun had no ill intent, he was a bit forward, with holding Rei's hands and getting so close. But this experience will be the first of many, that will shape who Rei will become in this on-going story.
Milky stepping was for varying reasons, though chief among them being that Milky knows Rei isn't looking for attention from a boy, and it would be too much for him to process.
Rei wanted to be cute...
Rei wanted to feel happy...
...but he didn't realize how much dressing as a girl would shape him going forward.
