Never break the dress code

After weighing the options, she decides that breaking dress code is probably a less serious offense than being late, so she decides to go to school in her pajamas. Turns out that the punishment for breaking dress code involves being tickled in public and it will be carried out by the student council president herself, Satsuki. By having the tickling be held in a public space, it not only makes it more embarrassing for the person being tickled, it also serves as a warning for everyone else to not break any rules and to fall in line.
