Sailing on Sunny-go underneath the wave is one of my favourite scenes in One Piece in terms of graphical design. I believe it's one of those scenes that come off even better in anime than in manga. The colours, the lights, the sounds of the waves, all of it... It just adds to this breathtaking scene that was already beautifully drawn by Oda.
