I don't know if anyone reads this, but I want to write it. Because I came to this point recently. I grew up in a similar household as described in the story. And if you did, too, I suppose that you felt that as deep as I did. That's why it really was confusing.... I were deep in empathic thoughts when the plot twist changed to spicy stuff and my hormones kicked in to take over the party 😂 Anyways, that's the offtopic part now, feel free to scroll past it: The perspective I chose for myself, to heal myself, I didn't made it up, I chose it, when I was invited to do so. My parents love me, they gave everything that they were able to (!). You can't expect anyone to give more than they're able to. Because of that, I chose to forgive my parents. A very nice quote to this: forgiveness equals freedom.

I kind of thought a lot of listeners might be familiar with this situation, which might make it a good one to give people a happy ending for. Or at least show how a healthy relationship in this situation could work. I've been on the listeners side of this storyline in real life, and I know how difficult it can be in a relationship like that sometimes. I hope you're doing okay, Sophie ❤️
