2023-12-18 18:53:04 +0000 UTCLed Zeppelin was 1 of the greatest rock band of all. Each of the four members were exceptional musicians. The Bassist, John Paul Jones played the keyboard and the Bass. He was phenomenal on both. He was 1 of the beat bassist ever. The drummer John Bonham was considered by most the best drummer of the 70s. Tragically he died after drinking 40 shots of vodka and when sleeping he chocked on his own vomit. Robert Plant the charismatic singer was 1 of the best. Jimmy Page was rated by Rolling Stone Magazine (THE authority on rock for over 50 Years) as the 3rd best guitarist of all time. #1 was Jimi Hendricks. #2 was Eric Clapton. Zeppelin released 8 studio albums before Bonham's death. Personally they, with Pink Floyd, are my 2 favorite bands since the 60s,
