i told myself i shouldn't yoink anything out of the poll before it closed to preserve the results, but i really wanted something fun and simply to draw today, and this one is in the 4th position*, so it shouldn't affect things much. that said i can't Wait to dig into the stats with you, i'm glad i saw some comments that were just as excited as me for data. delicious data

speaking of data, this spurred a whole debate with friend leo about how the womanulet should work with things that aren't vertebrates. so far we've only seen it on goblins and dragons, and can extrapolate from there how it would generally work with similar things. but what about a slime, whose chemical and physical makeup is completely different?

at first i thought it should still turn it human, as in flesh and blood. maybe it'd be a little slimy and its fluids would still have the effect, but otherwise still be human. but leo asked the question: would it be giving the slime a full nervous system and functioning human brain? if it has as much trouble making dragons look fully human, despite having all the material it needs, wouldn't it struggle a lot more with a slime, which has none of it?

so we settled on the womanulet shaping the slime into a girl, using what it has. that's what you'd Want a womanulet'd slime to look like anyway.

fun fact: it would not know how to walk like a person so it would just sort of ooze in this position across the floor

*this doesn't mean it's in 4th in the poll, but that it's in the 4th grouping. i'll explain this more when i post the results on monday
