Patreon Update! Tiers!

I was supposed to do the Jean and Diluc drawing but I'm unable to due to my poopy brain. (This was part of the reason I didn't charge you guys for a month)
What I did instead is update the tiers.
- Commission discounts now count towards sketch/simple comms.
- Updated the descriptions
- 15 and up can get their hands on the P slot on my commission document. You can only use it once per month.
Edit: Edited the 15 tier a bit. - I'm bringing back the request tier. I'm gonna see how far I can take it and strike a good balance with it. If things don't work out, I'll remove it again. Keep in mind, that if you make a request, I will not allow you to reserve a commission slot. I also won't take your request if you're in the commission queue.
As far as the poll side of this Patreon is concerned; It will be around. Just not used as much.
