Kobold Warlock Process Animatic and Brush Set for May 2020
Added 2020-05-27 12:00:03 +0000 UTCHere is the animatic for the Kobold Warlock! As you can see from the frames, there was a lot of back and forth in the painting. I wasn't really sure if I wanted to go dark or light with him, and eventually went with a compromise of going dark, but then light the face a little. (The perils of working with no color comp!) I like where he and the Archer ended up, but it just took more back and forth fumbling around than I care for.
The brush set for this month is heavily focused on drawing. I am working on a digital drawing pack at the moment, and this set contains a few samples from that, along with some texture and wash brushes for painting soot-stained, and villainous little rats!

I definitely need to! It's long overdue. I plan on doing a crash course on Twitch here soon though and then hopefully something more structured for Patreon.
