Housepets Omnibus - Volume 1 Changes
Added 2025-02-10 18:47:33 +0000 UTCThis is a sample of the alterations that have been made in the Omnibus edition--original is on top, Omnibus edition is one the bottom. A lot of the alteration is making sure all art is legible, as early on in the comic I leaned way too hard on dark = dark, which surprisingly is not the best way to depict dark in a printed visual medium. You'll also notice some other changes like the page order and strip arrangements, valentines have been taken out (they're all in volume 2) and interstitial art has been changed. I think that extremely bad photograph I had as a book 4 interstitial is the only thing that doesn't appear in the omnibus; all other unused interstitials were moved to the bonus section.

I actually thought the spooky figure was the Forgotten. As for some nitpicking, I noticed that in panel 6, you never corrected King's hind paws to be pink instead of black.
