There was a reason they couldn't just FORCE Ideka to stop having access to magic texts and that's because she wasn't doing anything wrong just by performing magic. It's just that the roko in Luska had become particularly paranoid toward it; the counselor thought that reliance on magic was an instigator of delinquency, but without other factors showing for certain she was delinquent they couldn't really keep her there.

Ideka said she needed writing material I think she gave herself a new tattoo for the sake of Saki If anything she seems to not value herself all that much when it comes to mistakes or the people she cares about. I only hope all this has the effect Saki was looking for. That, and that it doesn't cause her more problems
