2019-03-07 22:10:56 +0000 UTCYeah I know that it's a bureaucracy thing, and that you don't want to hand off the child to a stranger who makes claims, but at the end of the day (literally) the child needs to be handed off to SOMEONE and not everyone has anticipated the tangles that happen as a result

2019-03-07 19:55:02 +0000 UTCI worked once at a County preschool and I can testify to the accuracy of this. And that it irritates them as much as it does the Parents. Just TRY violating any one of hundreds of (often contradictory) rules.
