Cleaning out declined pledges
Added 2016-03-03 18:00:01 +0000 UTCOn about the 3rd or 4th of every month, I go through pledges and check to see if pledges were made in good faith. I get a running tally of lifetime total pledged--if it is $0, then the patron is deleted from the roster.
I've also had a number of patrons who did have pledges back in 2014 but only had a few months' worth of pledges before their account was continually declined. I've also deleted several of those this month.
On occasion peoples' cards are declined at pledge time for whatever reason; a one-off decline of a card is not something to become worried about (Although the Print-of-the-Month does NOT get sent out to anyone whose pledge was declined that month, no exceptions)
If you did not intend to be removed from the list, please go ahead and repledge; this is NOT a black mark against you if you did intend to pledge in good faith.

I guess that means that if we got the email, then we didn't get removed.
