Few geroo are important enough to their ship to be able to take the "work time" off. Since the ringel have such advanced body mods aside from simple cloning, it's likely that the clone "egg" would just undergo genetic surgery to make the modifications *before* growing the clone and transplanting the brain.

I know that the Ringel can body mod themselves by cloning tissue and then messing with the chromosomes and stuff before grafting the final product. How does a full body swap work? Is there an exchange of consciousness or is it just the process you’ve defined for genital customization dialed to 11?
