December NSFW no. 8 (Micaiah)

In the future, if someone decides to drop out from the NSFW tier, please notify me ahead of time so I can lock it down. For now I'll put a warning for joining into the tier late on the front page.
January NSFW request form will drop around 3rd-5th of January.
