The thing about Tama's powers, from my perspective, is that in an ordinary pre-Smile-fruit world, the only things that would be affected by the Kibi Dango would be animals. The only reason why Tama was even as relevant as she was is because of Ceaser's perversion of the natural world with the invention of Smiles. In an everyday world, you could think of her power as an alternative to the other methods of domestication, many of which are equal to or worse than what Tama's power does. EDIT: I feel like I am the only one that HATES the idea of Emperor Buggy. Stupid big-nosed clown punk.
