Monthly Checkup #41: Annual Memberships Available, and More!

Hey everyone! It's been a couple of months. I felt like I didn't really have anything to report in August.

I do want to say that I've hit some struggles with my art and making "enough money" from it. Anxiety disorder is a bitch, and it makes my mean brain tell me things that simply aren't true. The fact I'm earning as much from my Patreon now is a blessing and it still helps. Thank you so much! I really need to quit devaluing your contributions. They absolutely matter.

I'm still running into subscribers who unsubscribe soon after subscribing, so it's clear that I'm not offering enough and probably will never offer enough to gain more monthly subscribers. Well, at this rate it won't be enough, but I can change it if I can put in at least slightly more work. I need to provide something special to keep newcomers here. I'll try to think of something that can appeal to subscribers, like that Discord server I talked about before. Stickers are a fun idea and I might be able to draw some for a Discord server, which is a fun incentive to stay subscribed to me. We all love and use Discord, so this is a decent idea!

When it comes to memberships, offering discounts is a fun idea, and it allows subscribers to buy new Patreon art at a lower price. But I understand that monthly payments can be too much sometimes. So, finally, after signing up for them, Annual Memberships are now available. You can pay for an entire year of membership, which is a flat $30.00 based on my calculations. It is kind of low, and I'd preferred to have some monthly subscribers to help me deal with monthly payments.
