Monthly Checkup #29: Patreon Plight and Plump Plans

Hey guys! Just as I wrote a new journal entry on FurAffinity, I'll do another for my Patreon!

First, I've been doing okay. Dental health is good and that "saga" is over for now. Hopefully. Sleep schedule keeps getting worse and then getting better, then worse again. Getting regular exercise and proper hydration at least, which offsets the tired mess that I've been.

Second, I don't like Patreon's vague new rules about NSFW or adult content. I might be okay, as other adult artists are still in business. Patreon stated that they want to continue to help support adult content creators... but they seem to be clamping down on photographic or video based real life pornography ( or anything depicting non-consent themes, even in drawn art ). This completely sucks for sex workers, and my heart goes out to those who have been affected. I draw naughty stuff myself, so I know the anxiety and fear around feeling like if you can even continue doing this for a living.

Third, it's been hard to get motivated enough to draw stuff for myself or for friends I deeply care about, but we'll see if I can squeeze out some good stuff for you guys.

Okay, third time's the charm, so that will be all for now. I'm off to do, you know, fatty things!
