As you might guess from that meter on the right his interests and behavior change based on form. This form’s interests are definitely inspired by the extreme bottom heavy Jolteon of pkmndiamond493, Vanessa~ ;3
Speedy also says this form is based on the superhero, The Flash. Gotta go fast!
