Growth Feud - Ivoria vs Lolanda Pg 1 Sketch
Added 2021-11-15 17:00:09 +0000 UTCIn a delightful surprise, I was asked to do a comic of sketches for Foxfencer featuring his sona caught in the middle of my gals wanting to win his heart and attention.
Here we have Ivoria the Alolan Vulpix ascending to her Mega Ninetales form to try and win Gene’s heart only to be one up’d by Lolanda the Lopunny going to her even more massive Mega Lopunny form. Not wanting to be beaten, Ivoria pulls out a growth tablet given to her by Thundelle the Luxray to retake the lead.
Lolanda seems highly unimpressed…
I do like that this comic was a fun excuse to put Ivoria in her school girl outfit. @.@’
One of the neat challenges I put myself in with the comics I make right now is no text at all. At the moment that is deliberate so I can spend my time learning how to do these and telling a story with just the characters. It makes me focus on their gestures and facial expressions. Comics in the future I do intend to add dialog but for now, I need to learn! Doing comics is really hard for me to grasp.
