Depth of Field Sorted

I have a good template set up for quick adjustment of Depth of Field in my scenes now. This includes the post-added Freestyle Lines, by far the most difficult task I've had in a long time.

Pictured are some WIP shots from the scene I'm animating right now. This is a bit that comes just before James gets up and begins his search for Pigma and Dess on the train.

I'm starting to get more comfortable with Blender's drawing functionality, so I spent a little extra time on these hold frames of James and Peppy, adding more detail to their clothes and faces, as well as eye glint, and a faint shadow layer for small wrinkles and such.

Things are shaping up to look pretty fantastic. As I animate this scene, I'm going to experiment with the Grease Pencil tool regarding scratches, stains, and other details to help the scenery look more organic.

The second episode is well over 3/4 of the way done; after the train cars, there is one small scene in Rhys's personal vehicle that comes next, and that's all the biggest scenes finished for the whole episode. It's then down to the remaining little bits that tie the bigger scenes together.
