first, I want to say that there are different types of projects I made,

1. Normal / General Request / Commission project

2. Private request/commission project

3. Business request/commission project

4. My own work/project

Project 1 and 4 usually are OK to post on Pixiv, FanBox and Patreon

Project 2 is not going to published on Pixiv, FanBox and Patreon unless being heavily edited.

Project 3 is Commissioner/Client's ownership for sale, so it's not my fully own project, I'm just an artist

since each person has a different issue when dealing with Gumroad, and FanBox has a limitation size limit, while Patreon as well, so for countries that unable to use Alipay or WeChat, I want you to test this method if it's working (especially if you are from Mainland China with restricted access)
