Additionally, it has been brought to my attention that despite releasing a sketch, a few months ago, I failed to post the complete work. So here's Saber being railed from behind in a bathroom stall.

My head canon is that Saber is weak in the butt. As result of having had a penis for a brief time, she developed the same "weak spot" that man have in that region. So yeah. As for The Fall, there will be butt content as the situation demands it.
