As I'm not a native, I'm not sure my insights are relevant, but still: I loved the contrast between the thick hard Torin's thing and Alison's "soft little tummy". I didn't feel it was cheesy. More generally, I love the way Alison describes her experience: not only I find it sexy, but it's interesting and I have learnt something reading it. I understand it's easier to deliver Dark Altar - I'm talking about the story telling part, as far as you can dissociate it from the art. But Alison's story operates at many levels, and occupy in my mind much much more room than Dark Altar. (By the way, I also like Dark Altar...)
