Chapter 75

They continued for the rest of the day. When night fell, Travis left her dorm and returned to his apartment.

'Tomorrow is Na-Yeon's date. Fuck, I can't wait to finish this story and leave.' He thought, exhaling as he lay back on the couch.

A full week passed. Travis had spent it fucking the living daylights out of every girl in this story—except Yeon-Ah. He had teased her relentlessly, pushing her to the edge without giving her what she truly wanted. But now, he could tell she was at her limit. It was time.

So, he invited her to a resort.

Yeon-Ah accepted immediately, not even bothering to ask for details. She was eager, just as he expected. That was all Travis needed. He got everything ready for their weekend getaway, mentally preparing himself to finally wrap up this story and move on.

Friday arrived—the day of their departure.

Travis loaded the last of their bags into the Range Rover and leaned against the car, waiting. It wasn’t long before Yeon-Ah stepped outside. She was stunning, dressed in a form-fitting outfit that accentuated every curve. Her eyes met his, dark with unspoken intent, and she shot him a seductive glance before slipping into the passenger seat.

Travis smirked.

'I'm gonna enjoy this weekend.' He thought to himself as he closed the trunk, stepped inside, and started the engine.

The car rumbled to life, and soon, they were on the road.

"So, you excited?" Travis asked, keeping his eyes on the road.

"Yes, I am. It's been a while since I took some time off. So I really appreciate this, Travis," she said, her voice soft, almost affectionate.

He chuckled. "Oh, no problem. Just trying to show you how much I appreciate you. You made me feel at home when I first came to you."

She smiled. "Well, I appreciate you too. So, where is this place?"

"Right by the beach. Tomorrow, we’ll go down there for a swim if you want."

"Of course! I’d love to swim." She hesitated for a second before asking, "Umm… what's this place called?"

Travis smirked but kept his eyes on the road. "You'll just have to wait and see."

She gave him a sideways glance, curiosity flashing in her eyes.

'I wonder where he's taking me… and how Ha-Seong is doing back home. Oh well, none of my business. Travis is what’s important now.' She thought, settling back in her seat.

The weekend was about to begin, and Travis knew exactly how it would end.

The sun dipped lower on the horizon as Travis’s Range Rover pulled up to the entrance of the most luxurious resort by the sea. The building was a towering marvel of modern architecture, its glass panels reflecting the golden hues of the setting sun. Exotic cars lined the valet area, and well-dressed guests strolled through the grand entrance, their conversations blending with the sound of ocean waves crashing in the distance.

Yeon-Ah’s eyes widened as she took in the breathtaking scene. "Travis… this place is insane," she whispered, awestruck.

He smirked, stepping out of the car and tossing the keys to the valet. "Only the best for us."

A bellhop hurried over, swiftly collecting their luggage. Travis placed a hand on Yeon-Ah’s lower back, guiding her inside. The moment they stepped into the lobby, they were met with a lavish interior—high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and an open view of the ocean beyond the massive floor-to-ceiling windows.

The receptionist greeted them with a polished smile. "Welcome to Azure Haven Resort, Mr. Travis. Your penthouse suite is ready."

Yeon-Ah’s head snapped toward him. "Penthouse?!"

Travis simply chuckled, accepting the key card. "Top floor. Duplex. Private pool. The works," he said casually, as if it were nothing.

Still processing, Yeon-Ah followed him into the private elevator. The doors slid shut, and as they ascended, she finally found her voice. "You really went all out for this trip, huh?"

Travis leaned against the elevator wall, eyes locked onto her. "Of course. If we’re gonna do this, we’re doing it right."

The way he said it sent a shiver down her spine.

A soft ding announced their arrival. As the doors slid open, Yeon-Ah stepped into what could only be described as paradise.

The penthouse was massive, stretching across two floors with sleek, modern decor. The living area had plush designer furniture, a massive TV, and an open bar stocked with the finest liquor. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcased a breathtaking ocean view, while a spiral staircase led to the second level.

But what truly made Yeon-Ah’s breath hitch was the private infinity pool on the balcony, overlooking the sea. The water shimmered under the setting sun, casting dazzling reflections against the marble tiles.

She turned to Travis, mouth slightly open. "This is… unreal."

He dropped his bag on the couch and smirked. "You like it?"

She let out a breathy laugh. "Like it? Travis, this is the most expensive resort in the city, and you got the best room with a private pool!"

He walked over, slipping an arm around her waist. "Only the best for my favorite girl."

Yeon-Ah blushed slightly but quickly masked it with a teasing smirk. "If you're trying to impress me, you're doing a damn good job."

Travis leaned in, his breath warm against her ear. "Oh, sweetheart… this is just the beginning."

Her heartbeat quickened. The way he said that made her wonder what else he had planned for this weekend.

She was about to find out.

After sometime.

The soft glow of candlelight flickered across the elegant dining table, the distant sound of waves crashing against the shore creating a soothing backdrop. The scent of perfectly cooked steak and seafood filled the air, mingling with the crisp aroma of fine wine. Yeon-Ah sat across from Travis, her legs crossed as she took a slow sip from her glass, eyes watching him curiously.

"You really went all out, huh?" she mused, setting the glass down with a small smirk. "A private suite, the best resort in the country, room service bringing us a five-star meal… should I be flattered?"

Travis chuckled, slicing into his steak with ease. "Of course. You deserve the best." He brought a piece to his mouth, chewing leisurely before adding, "I wanted to make sure you enjoyed every second of this weekend."

Yeon-Ah tilted her head slightly, amusement dancing in her eyes. "You sure this isn’t some elaborate scheme to seduce me?"

Travis leaned back in his chair, smirking. "If it was, would it be working?"

Yeon-Ah let out a soft laugh, twirling the stem of her wine glass between her fingers. "Maybe," she admitted, holding his gaze. "But I don’t give in that easily, you know."

Travis met her stare, his expression unreadable, yet the intensity in his gaze made her shift slightly in her seat. He took another sip of wine before setting the glass down with a quiet clink.

"I know," he said smoothly. "That's what makes it fun."

She swallowed, feeling the weight of his words settle over her. The air between them was charged, the unspoken tension thickening with each passing second.

Yeon-Ah took a deep breath and smiled, breaking the moment with a teasing tone. "Well, if you're trying to impress me, you're doing a good job so far."

Travis smirked. "Good. Because the night’s just getting started."

He reached for the bottle of wine, pouring them both another glass. The way his fingers moved, the relaxed confidence in his actions—it made something stir deep inside her.

As she lifted her glass again, she couldn't help but wonder—just how much longer could she resist him?
