Craster Keep is north of the wall where they killed the Lord Commander of The Night's Watch Jeor Mormant. His son( Jorah Mormont) the trusted ally and friend of Daenerys Targaryen is currently in Meereen. By the way, the intro is always going to show you where you will be on the map in that particular episode.

But after this episode if you go back and rewatch it the culprit will be obvious. And those rogue Night's watch at Craster's Keep were not eating people. That was pork in that the bowl. it looked like pigs' feet.

Starting with the 5th season he stopped interacting with the show and devoted himself to finishing the final book, book 6, The Winds of Winter. He still hasn't finished it. He provided the showrunners with an outline of the final book so they could finish the show series.
