Gosh these episodes. The issue with Sasuke and it’s not his fault… is that he was kept in the darkness about everything his whole life. He clearly understands Itachis pain more than Itachis love when it comes to this. Which is why he’s acting out of hatred. He doesn’t trust anything yet until it’s verified. And he just got the ultimate verification.

It sets up 362 perfectly, and you will get a bunch of answers to questions u might have had before. it's not like any other fillers, in this case I say trust the anime process.

2025-05-30 19:48:33 +0000 UTCFun fact: All of the Mangekyo Sharingan special jutsu are named after Gods in Shinto mythology; Tsukuyomi (Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto) is the Goddess of the Moon, Amaterasu (Amaterasu Ōmikami) is the Goddess of the Sun, Susano'o (Susanoo-no-Mikoto) is the God of Storms, who is famed for besting Yamata-no-Orochi, an eight headed serpent demon (if that sounds familiar). Itachi's Susano'o cutting up and sealing Orochimaru's eight headed serpent jutsu (Yamata no Jutsu) is a reference to this folklore. Izanagi (Izanagi-no-Mikoto) and Izanami (Izanami-no-Mikoto) are sibling creator deities, or kami, and are the parents of the aforementioned gods, as well as Kagu-tsuchi (Sasuke's flame control ability) who is the God of Fire, and various others as well. Hopefully this helps you understand why some of the names can be so similar sounding lol
