As an adult, if you end up brining a child up in this world, you do have responsibility. Im saying this as someone who didnt have their parents there when needed, its very painful not to be able to get your family. I see myself a lot in gon, especially reaching for his father. So therefore i dont like him as much, he might be a great hunter, a great person to others, but to his kid, i do not think so. Not forced hate, just how i feel about him. He has the time to pay his son a visit at the hospital, thats all.
