2025-03-19 16:14:13 +0000 UTCYeah Jason the S rated they were talking about is the crazy sadistic guy in the suit he's one of aogiri's " executives" and so is ayato(who is SS rated , his ranking doesnt get told in the anime) , all of them are S rated or higher speaking about the excutives/agents. Touka for comparison (also doesnt get told in the anime) is at the lower end of S rated so is tsukiyama for example. Aogiri's structure and ranking's for some reason doesn't really get explained in the anime For the CCG you got rank 3 , rank 2 , rank 1(Amon) , Senior investigator (mado for example) , assistant special investigator and special investigator. Btw the next 2 episodes are going to be really really good.
