2025-03-25 10:07:04 +0000 UTCI agree yes since Kisame survived the fight with Bee I also expected him to live longer at the time, but I suppose he was also quite weakened and Samehada wasn't on his side anymore which was a big disadvantage for him. Still I was also sad to see him go :( I really appreciate how Guy will always remember Kisame now, it turned a running comedy gag into something poetic <3

After killer be didnt manage to kill him back then, i honestly didnt think he was gonna die for a long while, so i think thats also why i was so sad to see him leave. But i loved the fact that they made a final match of him and guy sensai, its exactly whats been going through the whole show, and it was only right for it to happen the way it did. and yesss, i didnt think to link the two weapons against eachother, thats very true, they are so strong! LOVE IT!! and yes, hes very loyal to itachi, and i did indeed like their relationship <3

2025-03-08 21:31:33 +0000 UTCYou're not alone in liking Kisame, he's sort of this dark horse Akatsuki member who you don't expect to survive as long as he does, but he has a fun personality and his water style is honestly quite cool. The Samehada is also the strongest sword of the Mist for sure and it's cool to see that it is still present with Bee even after Kisame is long gone, similar to how Suigetsu's Executioner's Blade will always remind you of Zabuza. Speaking of Zabuza, with these glimpses into how the Hidden Mist was being run at the time (that we now know was Madara's doing) it makes sense that Zabuza and Kisame turned out the way they did. Zabuza being the one to eventually assassinate the Fourth Mizukage, though at that point we now know he was merely a puppet for Madara. Anyways back to Kisame, I would probably put him like top 20 Naruto characters personally. He's one of my favorite Akatsuki members alongside Tobi, Itachi, Nagato, and Konan. He's also introduced first alongside Itachi so there's almost this sense of reverence for him as an Akatsuki member in the fanbase, and considering how he goes out I'd say he deserves that.

2025-03-08 01:52:38 +0000 UTCI think Kisame just wanted to see Madara, as just hearing a voice of a dead man he haven't heard before was not that persuasive. When he was saying it, Madara was obscured by the shadow and Kisame could not see him clearly. The leaf ninja wanted to see Madara because, well, he is supposed to be dead. And ever since his death, Madara is wearing a mask. Something strange about that. Perhaps seeing him without the mask would give us a clue how he survived? There were several scenes when Kishimoto was teasing Madara's face reveal. I'm sure it is going to be something epic when it happens.
