2025-01-21 06:04:09 +0000 UTCFor the discussion between Sai and Sakura about Naruto, I think that Sai is not really entitled to say that, because he does not have the relationship that Naruto and Sakura share with Sasuke so he cannot really understand them. For the promise it is Naruto who creates it not Sakura and they were only 12 years old at that time and after Naruto failed to bring back Sasuke, Sakura told him to drop bringing back Sasuke and this promise. So I understand Sakura's tears. Sai and Shikamaru have manipulated Sakura a little to make her believe that if Naruto suffers enormously it is because of her, of the promise while it is false. Sakura does not make Naruto suffer I honestly think that it is really Sasuke who makes Naruto and Sakura suffer. He does not do it just for this promise. Naruto was able to form a strong bond with Sasuke and he was able to see in him the fact that they were the only 2 boys in the village to be alone without family, so Naruto also wants to bring Sasuke back because he considers him as his best friend or even a brother.
