The swirly topping that was on Jiraiya's ramen is called a "Narutomaki" which is why he named the character that was based on Nagato, Naruto. Of course after Minato read the book he was inspired as well. In that way, all three of his main students were connected and therefore likely part of the same prophecy

I only got into this show a few years ago and it turned into my favorite anime/show ever. It’s beautiful and shows ups and downs in life and beautiful insight and messages. Unbelievably good story telling. And the music!! I’ve watched the entire series multiple times and just don’t get tired of it. It’s amazing. And glad you picked it up.

To answer your question yes it was Jiraiya's grave it had the word "master" (師 = shi) on it. And next comes a big filler arc that you can skip and resume from 197 and you can watch until 222 with only one mixed canon/filler at 213. In 213 the first like 3 minutes are canon the rest are all recaps.

I often wonder what yahiko would have thought about how konan and nagato ended up. Wish we would've got some kind of closure to that. *Referring to 10:46*
