Also about the big tits and flat chested part. What Jiraiya is saying is that Tsunade is all grown up and changed so much from a tender little girl (with no breasts) to a full grown woman who is even the Hokage (the big tits). And then he says she holds all those sad memories in her heart (mune is the japanese word which is for "breast" and "chest" but also the part housing the heart which is the center of a human being) which as Jiraiya is a pervy guy of course reminds him of her big boobs. She didn't react badly because "mune" is not a vulgar word and he did not say it in a way that is condescending or sexist. The English translation doesn't convey the situation properly. And again to reiterate: please rewatch the Pain parts in ep 125. It is important.
