Kind of drawing a blank fo the moment, so i'd like to suggest the old idea where Subaru gets turns into Akeno Himejima, with her going a bit crazy and turning Ram into Rias Gremory. Before planning to turning the rest of the emilia camp into issei and the rest of the ORC.
