It wasn't her that Jinx killed in the last episode, it was just someone that looked like her that triggered Jinx's flashbacks. Vi hasn't seen this world for a while. She was taken to jail by Marcus ever since the explosion years ago. Maybe Marcus was doing her a favor, since Silco probably wanted her dead. Either way, this episode is really introducing the "New world" to Vi since she has been gone
