Public news October 2020: Remastered, Web and Android versions

The remastered version is here!

We successfully migrated to RPG Maker MV and received its features while keeping the VX Ace style. Both episodes were remastered, and here’s a short list of changes:

• Naira (the wolf) now looks really better. We remade the portrait and both scenes.
• Also, we’ve added minor details to other scenes and portraits, overall they look a bit hotter.
• The resolution of scenes and portraits now is much higher, enjoy.
• Dash reverse - we thought that you run more often than walk, so now dashing is by default, while holding Shift allows you to walk (can be useful for completing quests, avoiding traps, etc). For now only in the browser version - if you'll like it, we'll add it to others.
• Fast resize of the window and full screen (F4). How could we ever live without it?
• London is calling! Probably because of the number of grammar mistakes in the previous version. We took our time and removed most of them, keeping just a bit so you’ll have something to rant about.
• New versions take less space on your disk. 300 MB for one episode was a bit too much, so we found a solution. Now it's near 90 MB.
• Bugs and minor issues, which you will not notice. Obviously, because they are gone.

Browser version. The first episode is available for browser gaming on the Itch.io and GameJolt. It’s a bit laggy as it is launched from the server, so we still recommend playing the downloadable version.
Also, the browser version won’t have the mighty doggo (Ctrl pause). Let’s keep it an exclusive feature for downloadable one.

Android compatibility. The first episode browser version (yes, the ones mentioned above) should also work on Android. This is an experimental build, so there can be some glitches.

This version is NOT compatible with iOS, as the scenes aren’t showing properly (at least on my iPhone). Test it and tell us about found issues so we can make a final APK version.

UPD: the sound was fixed.
For now, background music isn’t available, but we guess it’s not the reason you play the game :)

One more thing.

The second episode will become public later this month. Moreover, this means that early access to the third episode is also coming soon.
