Reshade files test

I have a present for you guys for paying extra. We all know vam looks pretty ugly most of the time, okay all of the time. So what the fuck is this I have for you? Well, know how mine looks really good? That's because I've spent over a year tweaking and playing with reshade and only just am beginning to understand things. This is a preset I made the other day for a friend whom was complaining about reshade being hard to use, and it honestly is, there are so many options. So here, you can drag and drop this archive I have uploaded, into your vam folder and launch the game, and it SHOULD work. unless i forgot a certain file. Inside the zip is a folder called VAM FOLDER, open that up and inside it are the files that you need to put with your VAM.EXE and when you launch vam next in DESKTOP MODE you should see it. Now there are hotkeys to turn it on and off, The ones I use are HOME for on/off. To bring reshade up or put it away press (left)CTRL + ~ (Thats the tilde symbol to the left of 1 and above tab on your keyboard if your keyboard is english layout) now things to make sure are the images I posted above, so first image you can see I opened the global preprocessors, make sure those three values are all 1, then go to the D3D11 tab and make sure both those options are ticked and you're good to go. NOW, reshade needs to know the depth of the scene to calculate ray tracing, so to do this every time you launch vam or a new scene, you should load POST MAGIC plugin into vam, its in the scene files for fanbox releases and its also free on the hub. Now you need to load it as a scene plugin or session, anywhere really. Open it up by entering EDIT MODE in vam (HOTKEY E) and then press the plugin menu you loaded it in and toggle DOF ON and then off. DOF is the button with the arrow I put down. Now its good to go. Each preset depends entirely on the scene and the lighting. Some presets work well in dark settings and some in light. Hopefully this one does generally well, if slightly bias towards looking better in darker scenes. You can fiddle with this yourself by increasing the light intensity of lights in vam. I also use an asset called COLLOR CORRECT. also in some of the scenes I have made. but the banner image I made, was using that SETUP2 preset. When you install this, make sure you go up the top and make sure you select the preset to load, you will know its loaded because it will say setup 2, just like in the first image of reshade up the top. Go give it a try! The password is secretsauce https://mega.nz/file/A94yTI5D#69t8h0v7yS_j6_o3ixuFM_sZLrHbHmmm1ygmMHTnUm4
