2025-03-23 21:56:16 +0000 UTCI don't think you're missing anything. That Nate feels abandoned is only in his head. Nate wants to be the one that gets all the attention from Ted, but Ted doesn't just have Nate on his team and he also got his personal issues, that Nate knows about. Still he thinks that Ted doesn't like him anymore and is only using him. He should have taken the opportunity when Dr Sharon was still around, because he and Ted needed her the most.

2025-03-20 19:07:02 +0000 UTCI feel like Nate feeling abandoned comes from him putting too much on Ted Lasso, all his self esteem issues, his self worth and whatever issues he has with his dad, he put it all on Ted. When he first got here Ted did spend a lot of one on one time with Nate. As time went on and Ted got more busy with the rest of the team, coaches and his own issues he of course didn't spend as much one on one time with Nate, which made Nate feel abandoned. But it really isn't on Ted, Nate needs therapy as other comments and Nikki said and to deal with whatever issues he has with his dad. But unfortunately I feel like he put his self worth, self esteem and issues with his dad on Rupert now, which is a terrible place to put them. I don't feel like it was a great idea of Roy's to try to take Keeley on vacation, she just started a brand new job, that she's the boss of, she can't just suddenly go on vacation for 6 weeks she has to stay.
