Yellowstone Season 3 Episode 8 REACTION!! (full watch along)

Comments

From this day forth I shall call all cows grass puppies. I absolutely love that

Tinker

That old man needs to be put down. The same way he was trying to do to Tater and the other guy. Tater better be alive. I am pissed at what that old guy did. Obviously being in prison didn't change him any better. This is a tv show, but it's art imitating life. We all need to look out for each other. Police can't always be everywhere at once and sometimes police won't help for whatever reason. Finally catching up. I forgot it was Kayce that took Walker for the drive. Two episodes left. It's going down

Redrum Ritual

I know people are getting a little annoyed that Nikki thinks the cutting horses are stressing the cattle, because they know the farmers care for their animals and would never unnecessarily hurt or stress them. But you cant expect everyone to know everything. I love seeing Nikki get emotional (i know that sounds really mean but it isnt meant to be) because i cant do it myself as i was taught not to as a young boy so i live vicariously through her in that emotion. All that to add my 2 cents and say never stop getting emotional about animals or people or anything else Nikki, it really helps some of us.

Joe

Never related to a comment more man. I can feel emotion through films and tv and other people but find it really hard to do it about my own life because i was taught not to, its awesome watching Nikki be so free with it.

Joe

yeah! I was wondering when it's a spoiler to NOT watch it?! Cause you're meant to watch the prequels, it gives you clues and helps inform present day, and its designed to need to know that history. So like is it before season 4? Or is it before season 5?

Ashley

I agree. I hope they watch it before part 2 of the final season.

ProphecyGirl_

🙏🏼🙏🏼 as soon as you watch 1883 and 1923, you'll fully understand that John scene. The weight John bares. Seeing how the Duttons came to owning the ranch and the blood tears sweat they've done to keep it, makes a good story GREAT. I didn't fully feel the impact of the story until the prequels. Hopefully you guys will watch ASAP so part b s5 doesn't spoil it!

Ashley

Huh? I politely asked you to not tell Nikki to calm down. How did that turn into this?

Nikki & Steven

That’s right I do pay and support them but if me saying this is a reason to pull my donations then I will didn’t realize that’s what makes or breaks something just because you don’t agree with 1 thing. I just find it ironic how she is crying about animal abuse when clearly it isn’t but then telling the guy to not throw a computer because he should grow up. Just odd to me how she considered one more mature then the other🤷‍♂️

Good call on the best man invite Steven. These next two episodes are gonna have y’all questioning everything. Looking forward to them.

The adoption and fear of Jamie also make sense in many other ways. Its an answer to his fear - why he can't get approval from his father. It takes away from his own mistakes and shortcomings and pushes the responsibility to John. And John was obviously not a good parent; just look at all his kids; even Lee understood this. And I think they said it. He made him become a laywer, one thing he hates the most. His grandson is the first who only gets the good part, Kayce nowadays a bit because he needs him for his legacy. And I think there are hints that Jamie is a son second class. The argument they had was a different one though, and for that, John handled it right, but that's live; you rarely have the real conversation, and it gets replaced by something else more superficial and less honest. Whatever - I do not want to condone the mistakes Jamie made, but he was forced into it and got no support at all, just right out disdain for his actions, even if all of them did pretty much more terrible things. The only one fair to him is Kayce because he thinks he is a worse human being because of his soldier days.

I just love the writing style of "not everything happens in the last 2 episodes" Also love your reactions! Nikki is a wonderful soul, you got a great partner and mother for your kids Steven, you deserve each other

kaloC aploC

Love the Bebbanburg reference! It is on my bucket list too! Have been to that part of Montana and it does not disappoint!!

Nancy Peterson

They also let the horse go at a wild horse preserve too not just anywhere. They can't be harmed there and have the resources to thrive

Stormntx

This right here. I love how emotional she gets over animals and babies. As someone who lives and works at a rescue I love the love she has for all the animals. Never change Nikki

Stormntx

You watch reaction videos without reactions? You also pay for this. :D

SmokingOnion

Finally got to it and your reaction is everything I expected, absolutely loved it!

Karin Larsson

Yes! Please, Nikki, don't ever change. Your empathy and genuine reactions are one of the most endearing features you have. Real empathy is such a rare thing these days. Also your silly humor is the best. And Steven you are so good to her, always supporting and asking if she's okay. You two are really similar to me and my husband, in both your relationship (what I can see on your videos) and in your personalities as well.

Anselmi84

Also would like to mention: Nikki never stop getting emotional over things, as a guy I was taught to never show my emotions and now I don’t really know how to show em, the only way I can feel the emotions I want to is by watching others feel it. The one reason I love y’all’s channel because of y’all’s emotions throughout the show you watch allows me to feel them too without showing them. Thank you for that

Cowboy

I 100% understand Nikki being defensive over the animals and don’t think she should change that but just to share information, the opening scene was and act called cutting where they train the horse to move quickly to sort mama from calf. When they get rounded up and the calf’s need to be given tags or brands or really anything you want your horse to be able to separate it from its mama so you can work on it. (Typically the mama don’t wanna leave her calf)

Cowboy

Thank you for sharing that.

Nikki & Steven

Can’t wait

Nikki & Steven

Please, in the most kind and polite voice possible, don’t tell Nikki to calm down about the animals. That’s her and she doesn’t need to change.

Nikki & Steven

Can’t wait to see how this one goes

Nikki & Steven

Then we are there next year

Nikki & Steven

So good

Nikki & Steven

As much as I appreciate people worrying about the safety of animals and I know you might not understand a whole lot outside of very minimal information but Nikki you gotta calm down a bit. These animals are not small and don’t get hurt easily. Just relax a bit. And as for bucking broncos and bull riders those animals are treated better then I’ll ever be treated and spoiled like kings. If these horses didn’t want to do this they absolutely wouldn’t do it. I get you care for animals but they aren’t fragile little babies. I have heard story’s about guys who were trying to do something in the field and a bull came up started huffing and puffing and the guys would crack them in the head with a pipe all it does is surprise them these animals are tough. And also these animals are on a show they aren’t getting hurt. Just calm down a bit. These aren’t dogs.

These next few episodes are the best

Stormntx

Ooooooh I've been so excited about this one for you guys! 😍 Cursing myself for having to work before I can watch it but it'll get me through the day knowing I have it waiting for me!

Karin Larsson

I think this might be my favourite episode. This season, man. Insane!

"Nestled some five hours away from Yellowstone National Park, the Chief Joseph Ranch—a functioning cattle ranch in Darby, Montana—is the official location for the Dutton family home. It's a six-thousand-square-foot mansion where guests can rent out cabins when the series isn't filming. On the official website for the ranch, the cabins have even been renamed the “Lee Dutton” and the “Rip Wheeler,” after the Yellowstone characters who call the Chief Joseph Ranch their home. Sadly, the ranch is not taking any more reservations for 2024 or 2025. Once 2026 rolls around, it should be fair game."

Welcome to the end of season 4😎 as always, buckle up!

I was adopted and got to know my biological parents, as I call them. But that changed nothing between my mom and dad and I. Mom and Dad are the ones that take care of you, and raise you and hold your hand through tough times, the ones that got to say I love you and tuck you into bed when you were little. My biological family had their reasons and I try not to judge them. And it's also cool to know your heritage and ancestry, but that's about it. I have a mother and a father and as my mom always says, some children are born from the heart. And that's that. Thank you for your reactions and the pre and after-show discussions. I enjoy watching you and it helps a lot with my English skills (I'm Brazilian). Sending lots of love! ❤️

Bruna Pereira

It’s a cutting horse to separate a cow from the herd. They do this for many reasons.
