This is an amazing episode. My husband and I have both worked in the restaurant industry but never at restaurants at this level. I will say that at this level, yes, restaurants are like this. it's just few and far between. I have chef friends who work in places similar to this and they go the extra mile. We might not do it anymore but it's an experience working in restaurant kitchens (which is what we did) and it was probably some of my favorite jobs I had in my life. The only drawback was the money lol, but it's never dull in a restaurant. I love this show so much and I'm so happy y'all are enjoying it too.

2024-08-22 18:51:14 +0000 UTCProbably the best episode of the entire show thus far. -the music was a character in this episode, from the ominous music to start, to the Talking Heads to Taylor Swift. -The Coach K part at the beginning of the episode paid off when Richie got his suit and the cuts and shots basically became a sports movie.
