According to all sources, it was the flight that Maeve was on. It crashed in the Atlantic and that is the article she had in her desk. The article even showed how many folks were on the plane. The flight you're talking about was a private jet and had less than 10 people on it including the one guy that met with Stillwell and his son.

2024-01-21 21:53:01 +0000 UTCI'm shocked at how nobody in any review/watch-along ever picked up on how the one Supe that was infected came out and even looked like Brundlefly (Jeff Goldblum) from "The Fly". Same movement and all. I love all the little Easter eggs they sprinkle in the episodes.
