February Update: Recurrence

In Short
In February I released a video! And a podcast! Then I went to DC for a weekend and came back with COVID. :(
I was feeling mostly recovered a week ago but then went back to the gym prematurely and kicked off a wave of extreme fatigue that lasted three days, so I've had to pause strenuous activity for a while. Provided I don't elevate my heartrate and take breaks when being active, I feel pretty much normal now! I've paused the gym for the time being and will be doing, like, yoga and long walks for a few weeks and then we'll assess. Recovery has been more nonlinear than my last bout.
The aim for this month, now that Protagony and point b are public, was to finish off that freelance gig and then get to the next Alt-Right Playbook, but this month has mostly been COVID recovery instead. So finishing the freelance gig is likely to spill into next month.
Meantime, I have been working on a script for a future video. Writing tends to be the thing I can do even when unwell, and it was nice to do something creative instead of just lying in bed watching mediocre action movies (which I still did a lot of). That video on neo-noir I've been threatening to do is now 7 1/2 pages into a first draft, and I don't think that's even half of it. Might break this into chunks like I did the Fury Road video, because it'd be a behemoth otherwise.

I think I might update that to the Cost of Doing business - depending on the conversation. Outstanding work. The next will be an omnibus video covering several concepts in brief that aren't long enough to merit their own videos, followed by several conclusion videos. I highly recommend reading the scripts here. They're very good and may help tide you over!

Very much looking forward to this. About going to the gym too soon, I've done that too. I got bored and stir crazy from being stuck at home sick for so long (10 days) that the minute I started to feel a little better, I hit the gym, out guilt as much as anything else. Boy was that a mistake. I ended up even sicker (another four weeks) with a secondary infection. Learned that lesson the hard way.
