Outfit adjusted to Deluxe Body;
Skirt lifted with push up effect;
Unlocked hidden headgear (closed mask and head bandana);
Added open shirt variant;
Added bikini/no bikini variant;
Custom UI icons and previews (inventory);
Added additional knees protection in heavy class;
Added various improvements and details.
