Can y'all even tell the difference, or am I just worrying over very tiny fiddly artist-y details? it'll probably be pretty obvious up-close in the high res image, but from a distance, does it actually make a difference to the overall look? I'm curious as to how noticeable little changes like what pen I'm using can be.

It does make a difference in the picture. However if some1 new to your work sees it they may not be able to notice it.
