With all of my regains happening so fast, I was struggling to keep up with work, and I became overly exhausted with no energy for anything else. I finally have my energy levels back and itโs time to make another little gaining push.as you can see, Iโve been able to keep my weight up, but Iโm hoping to hit 480 asap, so stay tuned! ๐๐ท
