Hi everyone, I am adding this a bit dynamic yoga lesson to move the whole body and stretch the back. It is great for flexibility and strenghtening the muscles as well. I do not know why but it seems to me like my voice sounds a lot different, maybe it's just me or the mic I used, I was not completely satisfied with it.
I layered my favourite music on top of the voice-over for immersion. It is mixed to more of a meditation music and is from the movie The Last Samurai, hopefully you will not find it disturbing.
