Updates and New Mod

Hi All,

Sorry for the long delay. I've been really busy and I wanted to make sure to make only one post and it took me forever to get everything together.

I only have two mods that needed an update due to the patch (Custom Nuptials and Dynamic Teen Life).

I had to make another bunch of updates to my mods, mostly for integration and compatibility with my mods and some conflicts as well as updates to several scripts so these are all mandatory updates!!!

****Remember to always clear your cache when updating my mods and please, please remember to update and install the updated general pie menus (Jan 20) and the updated mood pack (Jan 22) for the mods that require them. I've had an increase in people telling me they're having issues when they did not install either one of these requirements that goes away upon install. That's what the required part means! Same goes for the custom schools tuning. Thanks!****

Custom Schools Tuning
This has been updated and renamed. It is included with the below updates to Preteen, Education Overhaul, Summer Camps, and Simston Private School. You only need one set; don't duplicate. Do not replace; you must delete and download.

I got a few questions about it so here's the deal: if you have the corresponding pack that matches the file name, then that file is required. If you don't have that pack, don't install that file. The BG file is always required. The HSY Afterschool Activities file should not be installed if you use the DTL HSY Afterschool Activities addon (DTL file requires tryouts; this one does not). Choose only one.

Custom Nuptials
Updated for the patch. Enabled Civil Partnership for those without romance.

Dental Care
Script update

Dynamic Teen Life
Updated for the patch. Caregivers included for dating permissions, Delinquent Teens integration. Now requires the general pie menus.

Education Overhaul
Delinquent Teens integration, fixed an issue with motives in Preschool, Sims will now get performance during field trips, tweak to School Breaks. Must update Custom School tuning. Note the name change.

Entertainer Career Overhaul

Delete all previous versions. Search high and low. Note this now has a version number.

Healthcare Redux
Thanks to pancake1 added new animation for injuries! Also big thanks to Base, added new categories for illness and integration with BMD. Fixed an issue with sims being stuck in doctor's appointments. Redid the whole appointment system to better setup accompanying sims to visits.

Plane crashes and car accidents no longer require SimNation Travel but if you have it, SimNation will take precedence. Minor bug fixes. Updated commodities for game bug. Script update.

Important change: If you want to control which sims can die from the mod on a sim or household basis, do not install the death disabler package. There's a new cheat to help you with this. Only install the death disabler package  if you want no sims at all to die from the mod.

Pet Care Activities
Now requires the General Pie menus

Preteen Mod
Updated MS and Junior High for both small updates  and integration with Rebellious Teens. Must update Custom Schools tuning. Note the name change.

Just to provide some clarity: the Junior High versions does not require HSY. It allows preteens to attend High School instead of Middle School. A perk of attending HS is that if HSY is installed, you can follow your sim to school.

Psychic Connections
Fixed an incorrect string and line of code. This now requires the General Pie menus.

Self-Help Activities
Removed earbuds option for now to stop LE. Now requires the General Pie menus.

Sim Image
Added new cheats, minor bugfixes, updated cosmetic surgery. Now requires the general pie menus.

SimNation Travel (Modular)
Major updates. Mod is now modular and had a script update. Added integration with Basemental's BMD. Added the ability to travel by clicking on a sim's license,  subway pass, or passport.

Sims who drive now have the "opportunity" to get speeding tickets. They can also be caught driving without a license or under the influence (if you use BMD).

I've also added an optional module that preassigns sims in the active household licenses if they're over YA and subway passes to each household member upon loading the household to help ease the bar for setup when using the mod. There's an additional optional module which does this same thing for passports.

Simston Private School
Custom Schools update - note the name change, minor update for Rebellious Teen integration. Now requires the general pie menus. Script Update.

Summer Camp
Custom schools tuning update - note the name change, minor updates. Script update.

University Application Overhaul
Update for Delinquent Teens integration, Small tweaks.

This was actually a lot of fun. Now your teens can be a little more... rebellious. This started out as me simply trying to make that teen runaway scenario and became, as almost all my mods do, more...

Now your teens can runaway (as a rabbithole while playing the rest of the family). The parents/guardians can report them as a runaway. Teens can also rebel in more ways big and small, legal and illegal (depending on what mods you have installed ;) with the potentially get caught in public by the police, at home by parents, or at school by school staff. 

Depending on the offense (larceny, criminal mischief, possession, hacking, and more) and where they were caught consequences can range from detention or being yelled at by parents or a warning from the authorities to being grounded by parents, suspended or expelled from school, or even charged as a delinquent and being sent to juvenile hall and loads in between including community service, drug tests, probation, fines, curfews, and more. Sometimes, depending on the crime and the relationship, school and parents might even turn the teen over to the authorities.

Upcoming Mods

I'd love to say I know exactly what I'm releasing next but I've been sort of taking myself where my creativity is flowing and less trying to make sure I make X mod so I'm definitely still working on the mods I've previously mentioned but I don't know yet if that will be next month's release or if something else gets me going and I finish that first. I'm so sorry for those who are waiting for something specific but I will get it all done and it will happen soon!
