I may be in the minority here, but I prefer the clean variations because it means the tiny is still alive and suffering under the foot. The instant crush means they died quickly and are now just an unaware bloody mess. Though I do love a good mangling where the pressure slowly breaks the victim's bones and/or causes superficial bleeding. I'll always remember that one you did with Albedo where she slowly crushed him over a long period of time, gradually breaking his body under her feet while he just cried. That one was awesome.
