It’s really interesting to see the contrast between Mia at the beginning during the debate, where she couldn’t even remember her point about uniforms and needed a friend’s help, and how she was at the end. By then, she was talking about things she genuinely cared about—her beliefs and goals. She spoke so well because she really felt and believed in what she was saying.

2024-09-10 23:05:07 +0000 UTCFAT LOUIE!! I love how in the end he got the crown he always knew he deserved. This is one silly movie, but it's also heartfelt and I can't roast it too hard. I loved Mia and Lilly's friendship, too. It was fun watching it with you guys, I LOL'ed several times (or is it L'dOL? 🤔). Julie Andrews best movie, imo, is Victor/Victoria. I know you're not into musicals, but this is about a night club act, so the few songs in it are in that context. It's a f*cking hilarious movie, also with James Garner and Leslie Ann Warren (who was Ms. Scarlet in Clue). She's the best part of the movie. SO funny. You guys planning to watch The Little Princess? And if so, are you going to watch the 1939 Shirley Temple version? 😃 Cuz that'd be great!
