The textures were pretty low resolution since the model is from the switch game, I tried my best to increase the resolution and remove color noise. For IBL / HDR users there is a GLOW mesh that can be found using rendereditor by Joan6694. By increasing the value slider >100 you can get some decent glow effects like in the picture above.
